How long should I reserve the service in advance ?

It is no time line for making your reservation. But it is always the sooner the better.
In low season, it might be fine if you make the reservation even 2-3 days in advance. But in high season or long weekends, you might need to reserve the services weeks or months earlier, as it really depands on our avaliability.

Do I have to provide an itinerary when making the reservation?

If you just have some trip ideas, we can definetly help you to complete the itinerary.
We do need a detail itinerary confirmed with our clients before departure, both to avoid any misunderstanding and to make our team to better satisfy the clients' needs.

I have no exact details for the trip yet, can I reserve the bus?

Yes, we can still provide the quotation basing on the brief information and holding the vehicle with deposit. When you have clearer idea of the trip, we can review the changes and provide a more accurate quote for you.

Can I change the itinerary during the trip?

We do have some flexibility during the trip to better serve our clients. But all changes should follow the safty rules ,respect the driving regulations, and acquire permission in advance from our dispatching team. Some change might affect the service rate due to the increasing mileage or service hours.

What would affect the rates?

When we quote a service for our clients, those factors would affect the rates: 1) The type of vehicles. Usaully bigger vehicles are with higher rates (except for school buses); 2) The mileage of the service; 3) The total service days; 4)The daily service hours; 5) The requested dates and seasons; 6) Special services.

Is there any other fees that I need to pay during the service?

Unless mentioned otherwise, our quotation is not including: 1) The highway / bridge toll fees and parking fees(only when necessary ), airport permit fees (when picking up from airport); 2) Driver's hotel room ( multiple days trip out of Montreal); 3) Driver's gratuities.
Please consider those costs within your trip budget,other than our service quotation. We can also make all-inclusive quotation with the costs above and help to book driver's room as client's request.

What is your cancellation policy?

The cancellation Policy varies from high season to low season. We will send cancellation policy before the client would like to confirm the reservation.
We only consider the quotation confirmed when deposit or full payment are made. Before the confirmation, no service will be booked.

Do you have urgent contact just in case?

Sure! We will send the quotation with 24/7 contact information to you. The driver's contact information will usually be provided to you 1-2 days prior to the service date. We will keep communicating with you during our services.
